These terms apply to www.lpcreative.studio and to the LPLED text messaging program operated by LPCREATIVE, LLC, doing business as LPLED (“LPLED,” “we,” “us”), Smithville, Tennessee.
Text Messaging Terms (LPLED Project Updates)
- Program. LPLED Project Updates sends text messages to clients, subcontractors, and team members about LED display projects we are working on together.
- What you will receive. Messages about LED display projects you are involved in: project status and milestone updates, installation and crew scheduling, arrival, delivery, and site coordination notices, invoice and payment reminders, service and warranty updates, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
- How you opt in. You opt in by checking the optional text message consent box on our Project Updates Sign-Up form. The box is never pre-checked, and consent is not a condition of purchase. After you opt in, we send one confirmation text.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies with project activity. Clients typically receive a few messages per month during an active project; crew and subcontractors may receive messages daily during installation weeks.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. LPLED does not charge for text messages.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Replying STOP ends all text messages from LPLED to your number, not just one type. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT, or tell us in any other reasonable way, such as replying “stop texting me” or asking us by phone or email; we will honor those requests promptly. To start again, reply START or sign up again.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (615) 815-7685, or email lucas@lpcreative.studio.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission, to opt in.
- Privacy. Your mobile number and opt-in information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Quotes and project agreements
Prices, packages, and estimates shown on this website or sent in response to a quote request are for planning purposes and are not binding offers. A project is governed only by a written agreement or proposal signed by you and LPLED, which sets out the scope, price, payment schedule, schedule, and warranty for that project. If anything on this website conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Use of this website
You may use this website to learn about our products and services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit false information through its forms.
Content and trademarks
The text, photos, logos, and other content on this website belong to LPCREATIVE, LLC or are used with permission. School names, logos, and marks shown in our project photos belong to their respective owners and are shown to illustrate our work.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, LPLED is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits the warranties or obligations set out in a signed project agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
