This Privacy Policy explains how LPCREATIVE, LLC, doing business as LPLED (“LPLED,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit www.lpcreative.studio, request a quote, sign up for project updates, or work with us on an LED display project. LPCREATIVE, LLC is located in Smithville, Tennessee.

Information we collect

• Contact information you give us — your name, email address, phone or mobile number, organization or school, role, and mailing or site address, entered on our quote form, our project updates sign-up form, or provided to us directly by phone, email, or in person.
• Project information — display type and size, venue details, budget range, timeline, site photos and measurements, and other details needed to quote, build, install, and support your project.
• Communications — emails, text messages, and notes from calls related to your project.
• Consent records — if you agree to receive text messages, we record the date and time, the form and page you used, your IP address and browser information, and the wording you agreed to. If you opt out, we record that too.
• Basic technical data — our hosting provider automatically records standard server information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, which we use to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare quotes, renders, and proposals.
• To plan, schedule, install, and support your project, including coordinating crews, subcontractors, and deliveries.
• To send you project status updates, installation schedules and arrival notices, invoices and payment reminders, and service or warranty updates by email and, if you have opted in, by text message.
• To keep records required for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages from LPLED, we use your mobile number to send you messages about LED display projects you are involved in, such as project status updates, installation and crew scheduling, arrival, delivery, and site coordination notices, invoice and payment reminders, and service or warranty updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for help. You must be 18 or older, and the account holder of the mobile number or have the account holder’s permission, to sign up for text messages. Full program details are in our Text Messaging Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or the text message delivery provider that sends our messages, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business and deliver your project:

• Service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, email, text message delivery, cloud storage, and accounting providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Project partners such as subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers working on your project, limited to the details they need to do their part (for example, a site address and delivery window). They may use this information only for work on your project. This never includes text messaging opt-in data or consent.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others.

All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep information

We keep project and customer records for as long as needed to complete the project, support the warranty period, and meet accounting and tax obligations. We keep text message consent and opt-out records for at least five years so we can show when and how you agreed or opted out, and so that we continue to honor opt-outs.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-controlled systems, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information you give us.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. You may still receive email about an active project.
• Ask us to update or correct your contact information, or to stop emails that are not required for an active project or contract, by contacting us below.
• Ask us what information we hold about you, or to delete information we are not required to keep.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults acting on behalf of schools, organizations, and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
